A temporary hold reserves your preferred 2027 Saturday while you review the full proposal and schedule a private consultation. It does not constitute a confirmed booking — the date is secured only after the formal agreement and initial payment. The hold fee paid is credited toward your Experience contract if you move forward within the 7-day period.
Yes — that is exactly what JappyBride is built for. All coordination is fully bilingual (English–Spanish) and designed for couples based anywhere in the world. Our full wedding planning service is backed by a proprietary web app developed in-house, which gives you real-time visibility into every detail of your wedding — timelines, vendors, tasks, and more — so nothing gets lost and nothing is left to chance.
The venue comfortably hosts up to 300 guests across the main reception hall, ceremony area, cocktail space, and private rooms. Packages scale from 50 guests upward. As you may notice, the more guests you invite, the lower the cost per person — making larger celebrations a better value.
Packages include curated vendors for catering, bar, florals, music, and production. These included vendors are an essential part of the experience and cannot be replaced. However, additional external vendors — beyond those already included — are welcome. This is your wedding, and we want it to reflect exactly who you are.

If you decide not to move forward with the Experience and do not wish to transfer it to another couple, the hold fee is non-refundable.
If your 7-day hold expires without completing the formal agreement, the hold fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the date will be released for other couples.
